TITLE : EXECUTIVE CHEF (1)
JOB REQUIRMENTS

Full knowledge of all the Levantine cuisines as mandatory and international food as advantage .
Full knowledge of kitchens managerial tasks for multiple branches.
Certified of food quality control and food safety management system ( HACCP is mandatory )
Ability to hire and train the staff each as per sections
Ability to create the menu and all related needs
Ability to prepare the recipe ( menu and main kitchen ) and items portioning
Ability to control the food cost and analyzing the consumption accordingly
Expert in Microsoft office ( excel – word are mandatory )
Fluent in English ( speaking – reading – writing – E communication )
Ability to manage huge count of staff and high transaction value
Communication skills for constant meeting with head chefs
Nationality ( Syrian or Lebanese only )
Age ( over 30 years old )
Experience in F&B field minimum 15 years and in same posted position more than 3 years

TITLE : HEAD CHEF (4)
JOB REQUIRMENTS

Full knowledge of all the Levantine cuisines as mandatory and international food as advantage .
Full knowledge of kitchens managerial tasks
Certified of food safety control ( PIC L3 mandatory ) HACCP is advantage
Ability for manage and task distribution in the kitchen
Ability to manage huge count of staff in the kitchen
Ability to constant controlling food quality and platters presentation
Stock management and daily inventory as well as cost control and material requesting
Self-orientation in the hospitality and kitchen needs as well as customer service
Communication skills for constant briefing on daily basis
Nationality ( Syrian only )
Age ( over 30 years old )
Experience in F&B field minimum 10 years and in same posted position more than 5 years

TITLE : RESTAURANT MANAGER (3)
JOB REQUIRMENTS

Full knowledge in F&B field and restaurants management
The candidates must have managerial skills in both level FOH / BOH
The candidates must have full knowledge of hospitality concept
Ability to control high valued transactions by smooth manners
Fluent in English ( speaking – reading – writing – E communications )
Expert in Microsoft office ( excel – word – power point )
Certified in food safety management ( PIC L3 is mandatory )
Self-orientation for customer service and hospitality
Ability to lead high count of staff and solve all the raised issues internal
Daily reporting to his line manager for all the incidents
Ability to arrange the reports as required any time according his constant monitoring and reference
Daily briefing with head chef and supervisor and floor manager
Inventory management with the head chef
Sales and transactions types analyzing
Training for new staff and improve the old staff
Menu improvement recommendation with consideration of the concept
Very attentive for service and any raised issue ( FOH / BOH )
Nationality ( Syrian or Lebanese )
Age ( above 30 years old )
