Job DescriptionAs a Remote Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team.

Your Duties Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

Scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

Drafting correspondence and memos

Managing email and phone communications

Performing research and preparing reports

Creating and maintaining filing systems

Handling confidential information with discretion

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred

1-2 years of administrative experience preferred, but not required

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
