One of our valued clients hiring full-time Executive accountant-with experience in IT company setup.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of month-end Profit & Loss Statement (P&L), Cash Flow and management accountant’s report.
Participating and contributing in the strategic review and planning including preparation of forecasts every month.
Developing financial models and management planning tools based on historical data, future forecast and various user adjustable inputs/scenarios for the management using Power BI/Excel and preferred using Data Analysis Expression (DAX) Coding.
Preparing the Monthly Performance review presentation and reports for UK management regarding key financial/performance indicators including meaningful insight and practical recommendations for the decision making.
Assisting the Senior Management team in yearly budget preparation.
Supporting finance manager with working capital management, implementation of reports, forecasting, reconciliations, and preferably using IFRS
Liaising with Auditors, Banks & Consultants as representative of Company’s Finance function.
Preparing the requisite details as per UAE VAT laws for quarterly VAT filling.
Review and final check of all accounting entries before period close.
In the absence of accountants, completing the day-to-day accounting entries as required.
Payroll preparation and loading into the software. Commission and incentive calculation.
Bank Reconciliation Statement (BRS) review and approval.
All Certificates should be attached and shown with the CV.
Required Qualifications:
7 years’ experience in the same role.
Must have Bachelor of Commerce or Charted Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and International Financial Reporting System (IFRS) Certification (Preferred).
Financial Reporting, Financial analysis & Management Information System (MIS) reporting, Budgeting & forecasting, Power BI & Microsoft excel dashboard creation.
Management of Account PayPal (AP), Account Receivable (AR), payroll and month closing.
Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Internal auditing and control, Value Added Tax (VAT) and corporate Tax.
IT Business
Salary: AED 7000
Duty hours: 9-hours per day for 6-days in a week with 1-weekly off day
Job location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED6,500.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
