Carter Murray is working with an incredibly exciting government organisation in Saudi for an Event Marketing Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for managing the development and execution of events by identifying the event requirements, preparing the event marketing plans, executing the events as well as measuring and reporting on the success of events with the aim to attract and increase visitors to the managed locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategy
Develop the overall strategic annual plan and events calendar
Manager the periodic schedule of events and coordinate implementation of event attraction strategy
Provide support to the managed locations as a destination that is significant within the arts and culture space
Establish the organisations managed locations as an example for large scale event operation
manage the coordination of tendering and purchasing of all events marketing services
Requirements:
A degree in marketing, events or related
6+ years of experience in event marketing (ideally large scale events or those within heritage/culture)
Excellent communication skills
Highly organised
