The role holder is responsible for managing Events & Activation through effective plans and directions from management of Corporate Communication. The role holder shall carry out his duties in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.
Manage internal or external event projects, in terms of preparation and activation.
Plan, design and execute international events roadmap and organize international events
Communicate and Align with the relevant departments within STC (procurement, merchandizing, etc.) for support in events organization
Supervise contractors as needed and as per company contractor polices and procedures (event management agencies, catering, miscellaneous services providers, etc.)
Consolidate the list of stc Group employee names in all Corporate Event ( External/Internal) to obtain G-CEO approval for their attendance in the event.
Share the approved list of employees by G-CEO with HR team in order to manage external / internal accommodations and external transportation for employees in all Corporate Event.
