We are seeking anERPManagerwith experience working on full life cycle implementations on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
The ERP Manager will help in rolling out a recently built D365 in several countries and will be responsible for the ongoing support and continuous improvement of the ERP.
He/she will act as a functional consultant and will work closely with business process owners and vendors to translate business requirements into application features, automated processes, or improved user interactions within agreed timeframes.
General skills and qualifications required:
Experience:
Minimum 10 years with experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ideally within a consultancy environment
Experience managing/leading teams
Experience managing implementation projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field
Microsoft Certification is an advantage
Functional skills:
Must have:
Good overall understanding of an ERP platform
Strong experience in Project Operations, and finance and accounting modules
Multiple end-to-end full life cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Integration of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations with other external information systems
Knowledge in D365 Administration and Security Roles
Knowledge in creating, configuring, managing, and rolling out D365 workflows to different entities
Project Documentation such as FRD, Fit/Gap Analysis, FDD, and User Manuals
Project management
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Business Analytics Tools (Power BI)
Knowledge of Diagram Modelling Tools (Visio)
Technical knowledge of Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations
Other skills:

Fluency in English
Specific responsibilities:
Manage the design, development, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solutions to meet business requirements
Oversee the customization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to align with business processes
Manage the daily operations of the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system, including system maintenance, upgrades, and security
Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and resolve any issues related to the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations system
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data within the system
Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Stay up to date with the latest developments and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the use and maintenance of the system
Conduct business process analysis and create detailed process flows
Conduct fit and gap analysis to assess how well the solution meets requirements and assess whether requirements are complete and comprehensive
Work closely with the Anaqua (Intellectual Property Management System) team to ensure, that at all times, the integration is performing well and improved continuously
