Job DescriptionKey responsibilities and duties of this position include:

• 3D modelling
  with an opportunity to do detail design of Highways and transport alignments, Junction design (at grade or grade separated), prepare reports, specifications and other deliverables for highways schemes
• To ensure designs are appropriate and meet the expected levels of technical excellence
• Assisting with feasibility, preliminary and detailed design work relating to highways engineering projects
• Ability to communicate knowledgably in all aspects of the project
• Maintaining brand reputation whilst undertaking the project (both with this Group key client and in the wider industry)
• Identifying, building and maintaining key relationships both internally within Mott MacDonald and externally with key client

Candidate Specification

• Holds an engineering degree/ diploma
  in Civil from a recognised reputed university
• Good command of road design using Civil 3D or Bentley Open Roads
• Well versant with international standards is preferred
• Should have good English and communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to actively participate within a team
• Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and managers
• Should proactively seek personal and professional development opportunities
• Be an active participant in demonstrating Mott MacDonald’s Values and Behaviours
• Experience in drainage design is desirable
