Job Description
1- Full proficiency in the maintenance of CNC machines and NC machines
2- Maintenance of service units such as air compressors, coolers and fire extinguishing system
3- Maintenance of Powder Coating lines and paint ovens
4- Managing and organizing maintenance teams according to the available capabilities
5- Good knowledge of power supply circuits, control circuits, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
6- Supervising the periodic maintenance of all factory machinery and equipments
7- Create maintenance schedules for all equipment and machinery
8- Organizing the maintenance workshop in proportion to the volume of work requirements
9- Periodic inspection of spare parts stores
10- Develop the best and fastest solution according to the nature of its work in the facility
11- Full knowledge of industrial hazards and classification of areas in order to avoid accidents during maintenance
12- Follow up on the supply of spare parts, oils and greases.
Skills
1) Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
2) 5 + years of Experience in maintenance of CNC & NC Machines
