Ecommerce Executive will be responsible for supporting the department in account management, communications, wholesale, reporting, budget administration and instill strong relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Organizational:
Support the line manager in maintaining agreed terms and strategies (internally, with Partners and the Brand) per account to support business growth.
Establish and maintain metrics and provide frequent communication and feedback to management to enhance quality and productivity.
Assess, evaluate, and propose continuous process improvements.
External collaboration with the brand’s HQ and regional teams.
Account Management:
Responsible for managing day-to-day tasks with regards to wholesale partners – delivery updates, emails, market information, supporting with queries.
Ensuring Partners have adequate stocks, securing necessary replenishments.
Manage delivery communications between brand, Partners, and internal logistics.
Communication with Partners and Brand:
Regular email communication to support agreed strategy and solve queries.
Support monthly/ seasonal/ buying calls with Partners – reviewing performance, buys, feedback. Recording minutes/ actions.
Communication with the brand – providing updates per account, agreeing on forward strategies.
Ordering Process with Partners:
Review category strategies and OTBs to support Partners with seasonal buys.
Preparing and presenting the brand’s seasonal collections for each market.
Preparing materials per account and share within given deadlines.
Preparing selection line sheets with accurate cost calculations per account according to individual margins and terms.
Review all order files at each stage (buys, inputs, OCs), ensuring alignment with submitted orders, budgets, raising any discrepancies.
Budget & OTB:
Manage update of all season buy values in the OTB tracker per account, season, category. In Euros and USD.
Monitor and analyze spends per season – identify areas of concern and feedback to line manager and Partners to support business growth.
Reporting:
Produce relevant reports and help to solve problems and make informed decisions to improve service and productivity.
Gather required reports and prepare internal monthly report pack with retail sales, STs etc.
Review sales and ST before seasonal buying to appropriately direct the Partners.
Check accuracy of reports and build action plans with Partners to improve the business levels.
Farfetch Management:
Preparing and uploading new products to product catalogue. Ensuring timely uploads and stock management.
Understand topline strategy and budgets.
Communicate with Farfetch team and internal IT team – for any issues, trainings, performance reviews, upload errors and pricing.
Track and report sales performance, highlighting concerns. Prepare monthly reports to share with management.
Support on-going projects i.e., new stock point openings and liaise with Farfetch, HQ and Store teams.
Coordinate and manage photoshoots.
Support store team in any queries or issues alongside monthly catch up for feedback.
You Profile:
University Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
Over 4 years of relevant GCC experience in ecommerce.
Advance proficiency in MS Office, especially excel for reporting and analysis.
Proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
Clear and confident communicator. Proficient in English.
Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
