Manage the development and growth of new products for the organization, and responsible for End-to-end management of the product lifecycle from concept to releasing out of the product.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Define customer’s needs.
Participates in implementing end-to-end product portfolio of Eservices solutions & tools.
Discover new product opportunities and features and prepare product business case.
Align customers and stakeholders needs and other teams to shape requirements and features
coordinate with cross-functional teams to launch the product successfully
Produce and review Business requirements documents (BRD)
Prepare product roadmap, and set releases priorities align with customer.
Identification, specification and prioritization of features, functionality and capabilities
Identify areas for growth and create strategic product line roadmaps with Customer to help drive adoption of the product and differentiating features
Monitoring of market trends, industry dynamics and competitors moves
Become the go-to expert for all product needs and functional issues
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with demonstrated academic excellence.
4 – 6 years of experience in a product management and or Business Analysis.
Excellent strategic thinking, understanding of business research, and analysis
Strong quantitative and analytical skills required
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong presentation writing skills in PowerPoint and Word
Strong Leadership and management capability and skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
Product Management / BA certification is a plus
