What you’ll do:
Drive eCommerce channel to achieve sales target, net sales, profit and key KPI through the development and execution of eCommerce strategy in UAE & LG across all eCommerce channels (Pure Play, B&Cs, and On-Demand). Flagging underperforming areas, recommending closing gaps, and seeking an opportunity to improve end-to-end processes requiring submitting the required reports request by Global Ecommerce Director.
Manage the relationship with E-commerce clients, maximize customer penetration while providing high level of services that meet the customers’ needs in order to ensure business growth, customer satisfaction while achieving the team set targets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecast channel reports by collecting, summarizing and interpreting data.
Manage operations for service excellence and coordinate order processing, delivery and returns of customer orders.
Cooperate with internal cross functions (marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finance, and MS&P), to maximize full channel potential in line with company business direction and processes.
Execute activities and Track and report business outcome of data-driven insights.
Create and launch promotional activity at the item-level and decide the appropriate channel strategy by stock keeping unit data.
Execute Joint Business Plan with platforms; negotiating on visibility and support to drive channel and brand performance with pre-alignment with Global Ecommerce Director and UAE & LG GM.
Master the eAPAP and maintain performance reports to drive the attainment of defined objectives by optimization.
Review monthly market share, campaign plan, visibility, execution, communication (promotional artwork and on-site search), and other fundamental sales metrics.
What you’ll need:
At least 3 years’ experience in E-commerce/online retail.
Experience in digital marketing is a plus.
Strong command of English for both oral and written communication skills
Solid understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
Ability to develop long term relationships with people and businesses.
High level of attention to detail, including proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills thrive in matrix environments, and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
