Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenues and achieve sales targets. Prepares and manages the annual budget for the ECommerce Department and secures subsequent approval tracks expenditure and ensures adherence to the budget.
Keeps up to date of upcoming competitor services and products new sales techniques and market information through research continued education and professional growth. Develops new customers and maintain strong relationships with the major customers across E Commerce Pure play BCAssesses and analyses market sizeshare and sales potential for GI Brands.
Tracks and pursues Ecommerce margin opportunities to execute specific online promotional strategies
Provides sales margin and cost justification analysis for emerging Ecommerce initiatives and promotions .
Can handle diversified portfolio able to meet deadlines proactive in approach with good verbal written communication skills.
Preparing annual sales plan for each customer category and planned spends.
BDAs Negotiations and counterparts details explaining every element of the BDA. Provides research and analysis to the respective brands related to online merchandise selling trends marketplace price sensitivity and consumer response to merchandise products Analysis of sell out data reading and suggested way forward.
Maintain Buyers data including email and contact numbers for the respective category. Pureplay and BC customers
Monitor customer category performance on monthly basis. Highlighting what worked what didnt work.
Follow up on customer payments highlighting any potential risk.
Maintain track of Tax debit note receipts from customers. Creating provisions for nondeducted but agreed spends to avoid exposure at later stage
Identify and follow up for New customers.
Liaise with trade marketing team for brand activities like sampling event sponsorship special events POSM etc.
Monitor and follow up NPIs listings
Prepare and send reports to brand owners as per agreed reporting frequency weekly monthly annually as and when required etc.. Follow up on deliveries with the team. Tracking delivery schedules to ecommerce other customers within acceptable fill rate.
