Document Management and Transmittal All documentation registration and issue Distribution of documents in accordance with the document distribution matrices Secure storage of master documents Issue of documentation to the customer
Has experience in the building industry or similar industry. Responsible for creating and maintain document control system. Process incoming and outgoing design submittals and distributes routine correspondence as required. prepare and distribute design submittal tracking report. Maintain reference file and manuals of policy and procedures up to date.
Degree qualified with minimum 5 years relevant experience in construction project as document controller.
