Document Controller Administration Job in Dubai, UAE at DST

Job Description


We are looking for a reliable FEMALE part-time/full time Office Administrator/Document Controller. Female candidates are preferable, candidate should have good proficiency in English language (other language is a plus) and minimum of 7/10 years experience as a document controller,construction knowledge and logistics/shipments.

Key accountabilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the Xero account
  • Ensure all documentation is controlled in accordance with the company’s procedures for document control.

·     Take charge of all document identification, classification, and filing

·     Frequently conduct document audits confirming they are current and accurately reflect recorded evidence

·     Ensure proper organization and security of documents (paper and electronic)

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
