OverviewThe Data & Services (D&S) team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include payments-focused consulting, insights & analytics, loyalty and marketing programs, test & learn experimentation etc.
Within the Data & Services organization, the Consulting Services & Innovation organization is focused on creating, evolving, and managing superior consulting products and services. The team is accountable for the full P&L of the products
Product management for our advisory offerings in the domain of BNPL/installments, credit risk, payments operations, etc.
Develop external narratives, growth strategy and point of views
Establish product go-to-market strategy and sales plan
Serve as product ‘ambassador’ by driving thought leadership agenda – articulating strategy, innovation roadmap and value proposition in industry, customer and internal forums
Develop and maintain ongoing assessment of competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and future product roadmap
Develop new offerings, frameworks and take them through the Studio/PME process
Implement incremental improvements within the product’s life cycle,
Manage the evolution of the products considering market needs and requirements.
Work closely with BD teams to develop and manage pipeline for new and existing opportunities

Strong product management or project management & strategy consulting skills
Knowledge and understanding of the payments eco-system
Innovative mindset to figure out opportunities for new product development
Focus on collaboration and ability to partner effectively with virtual, fast-paced teams
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with senior leaders
Ability to roll up sleeves and make direct contributions
