Job Title Director, Media and Content The main objective of the role is to enable Mastercard to accelerate and thrive in the marketplace by combining content marketing with media excellence.

The role will aid the transformation of content, creative, media, partnerships, and the relevant technology stack to achieve and maintain a leadership position and drive brand growth in the region. Content Work with Mastercard IMC leadership to set up the objectives and goals of the content practice Create and manage content strategies that drive demand generation, inbound marketing, and content marketing to support IMC objectives Build an effective content creation and curation ecosystem with defined frameworks that are relevant and easy to follow and implement Embed a clear and optimized process ensuring content is at the heart of the current IMC framework of campaign planning development and production Develop original creative content solutions for Mastercard and ensure our creative output is innovative and ahead of the curve.

Grow our portfolio of content providers and build case studies to push towards more content led and less advertising Evaluate whether current content partnerships are fit-for-purpose for IMC objectives in MEA and develop new content partnerships offering strategic and creative support where required Become the content advocate ensuring a steady and wealthy source of knowledge is always provided. Stay ahead of developments in the areas of branded content, demand generation, inbound marketing, and content marketing Maintain a POV on how content marketing/our product offering is evolving and be able to continually pitch progressive concepts to the organization Create and maintain an up-to-date content playbook covering all the points above.

Media Develop a strategic framework that delivers on the business objectives covering the formulation of Media Strategy, Audience Insights Analysis (B2C, B2B, B2G), Competitive Landscape Analysis, Touchpoints selection, Timing, ongoing listening and monitoring, and optimization Oversee planning and execution of media plans in alignment with the divisional and market teams Ensure optimal deployment of media money across the region in collaboration with the markets Maintain a thorough knowledge of the media landscape and potential available opportunities in relation to Mastercard business Build constructive relationships with key media owners and partners Develop and deploy a multi-channel harmonized measurement framework for campaigns Manage tracking, optimization, and reporting activities (campaigns, tags, adserver) Drive the use and evolution of the marketing technology stack Own and drive the ongoing use and evolution of:
