What you’ll do:

Engage supply chain planning leaders to build relationships, lead discussions with clients that diagnose their needs, solve their problems, and identify how relevant Gartner resources can help them meet their priorities

Conduct ongoing interactions with clients mainly through video calls, but also through face to face sessions and formal presentations.

Become recognized as a subject matter expert, and thought leader, in supply chain planning and by so doing drive client demand for your personal expertise

Support Sales and Service Delivery partners to increase account growth and retention

Create and deliver high-value presentations and other materials at Gartner, industry and client briefings. Collaborate across research groups to ensure presentations and messages comprehensively represent best practices.

Help shape the direction of ongoing supply chain planning research by contributing at key stages of the strategic research process

What you’ll need:

8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, with demonstrated expertise in the supply chain planning and S&OP areas.

Experience in implementing and driving S&OP processes, and leading demand and supply planning is preferred.

Have expertise in supply chain planning and preferably in at least one other adjacent area such as supply planning, master production scheduling and customer service.

Understand the end-to-end supply chain, and ability to link best practices in planning to business strategies.

Demonstrate strong business and financial acumen and analytical skills

Be able to travel minimum five – 10 working days per month and attend two Gartner supply chain symposia in North America and Europe each year

Bachelor’s degree.
