We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive ICG online presence, building awareness and knowledge of the company.
This role is ideal for a person who has solid experience in the field of digital marketing, but also wants to expand into other marketing disciplines to strengthen their skillset, for example in creative content production.
Key Roles and Responsabilities
Work with the group marketing manager to plan and deliver a digital strategy for lead generation growth and conversion.
Manage digital channels such as PPC, Social, Programmatic, Email and SEO, including project management and agency management ensuring activity is delivered on time and within budget.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
Work closely with the Marketing team to deliver national and local campaigns across all digital channels.
Optimize our use of digital channels, primarily focused on our website and LinkedIn to grow awareness and engagement with our target audiences, both existing and prospect customers.
Work alongside the Website team, Marketing team and agencies to create innovative and engaging content.
Drives customer-centric thinking for integrated and digital across touchpoints to deliver a relevant and differentiated customer experience.
Conducts external analysis (e.g. trends, digital CX, situation analysis, competitive intelligence) tied to strategy for digital and integrated marketing channels.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Deliver return on investment for digital marketing spend and agreed KPIs.
Report and analyze of all digital activity on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
BS in Marketing
Certifications in Digital Marketing
Proven working experience in digital marketing position in training and digital industries
More than 7 years of experience in Digital marketing and running digital campaigns
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
