Digital Marketing Manager

The Role The Digital Marketing Manager is the face of the company. brands across the GCC and will contribute directly to sustaining company’s market position and expanding its market share, as well as establish company’s other food concepts and brands. As a tech savvy individual, you will develop, implement, track and optimize company’s marketing efforts across all digital (web/mobile) and social channels using content that is appealing, persuasive and customized. You are also responsible for growing, managing and engaging our community via previously mentioned channels. In addition to your primary role, you will support the marketing team in professionally, efficiently, creatively, and effectively operating and running all marketing activities as seen fit for business.

• Responsibilities
• Collaborate with agencies and other partners to develop knowledge driven digital campaigns from start to final production and implementation
• Manage and grow the brand’s presence through Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant online platforms and integrate offline activities with online presence.
• Enhancecustomer support and loyalty
• Measure, monitor, and report engagement metrics and Social Media ROI against goals and offline sales and continually improve KPIs to drive leads, traffic, engagement and sales.
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize digital spending and performance based on the insights
