Job Description

Our Experience Store will be designed to showcase state-of-the-art products and solutions where customers can understand how technology improves their daily lives. 

A Digital Expert is the Brand Ambassador  who will enhance customer Experience by educating the customer, supporting with any technical issues, identifying cross/upselling opportunities and  provide Digital Experience, transactions and Device Support that will result in better NPS, TNPS and Customer Experience.

Key Accountabilities..

  • Take ownership for enhancing the customer experience through consultative selling practices
  • Educate the customer on how to set-up and use their device Manage customer issues and deep dive to understand the cause
  • Manage, lead and execute product demos during the Sales Process and Identify opportunities for cross and upselling
  • Troubleshoot device software and hardware may it be to Open and track service requests, to schedule technical appointments or to Liaise with Technical Support as required
  • Ensure customer retention through follow ups and provide suggestions to the Store Manager on ways to improve customer experience
  • Meet and Exceed Individual Sales Targets and NPS
