Our purpose is tocreate happiness…one smile at a timeThe Digital and Performance Director will act as an experienced leader to develop, implement and continually improve marketing activities across all digital platforms and drive marketing performance culture within organization. Working alongside Director of Business Planning, you will contribute to the business planning through media buying and performance marketing strategies. At business level, Digital and Performance Director will support in shaping the digital strategy to enable the business to deliver maximum ROI and value to consumer. In this role you will be expected to deliver on the below scope:

Manage and develop our media buying strategies across multiple channels (offline and online)

Drive digital marketing strategy and digital activities across Mobile and App marketing, SEM, Social Media Advertising, Display, Affiliates, for Experience Hub

Budget control over marketing and digital spend based on targeted ROI and campaign KPIs

Build successful user acquisition, retention and conversion campaigns, campaigns across multiple targets, geos, demographics, and channels

Use latest technologies to enhance performance-marketing capabilities and ensure data collection

Target and Optimize spending to acquire most profitable users. Build customer personas across markets and target based on them.

Data analysis: Comfortable with analyzing data and discovering insights from users data across channels – Customer-centric and target: make decision based on user insights

Be able to run a/b tests and iterate based on learning from previous campaigns

Lead campaigns optimization based on live data

Create, monitor, optimize, and report performance of campaigns on an ongoing basis (Partner across departments to ensure campaign measurability and data driven decision making)

Be the in-house expert for marketing automation

Setting a strategic direction for Experience Hub position in the market using competitor, industry, and customer analysis to define a positioning strategy that makes Experience Hub win our customer for the long-term

Advocate for the integration of data and customer insights in the marketing decision-making process

Build targets for the various marketing activities and measure & report ROI


To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

·Educated to degree level in Marketing, Communications, Data Analysis or equivalent

·Minimum of 10 years experience in digital marketing including at least 3 years in performance marketing

·Leader in digital marketing, in-depth understanding of Mobile and App marketing, SEM, Social Media Advertising, Display, Affiliate Marketing

·Mastery of web analytics and audience metrics tools

·Substantial experience of data analysis, having a good knowledge of relevant tools and methodologies.

·Sound computer aptitude, particularly with spreadsheets and presentation

·Results-oriented: with a desire and ability to manage to objective success metrics

·Highly analytical with ability to translate data into story-telling

·Creative in ability to find new tactics, channels, and unexplored opportunities
