Specialist Key responsibilities and duties arelisted, but not limited to, the below:
Participate in the provision of digital advisory servicesto our clients Take a delivery role in helpingshape solutions to meet enterprise client needs
Assist in converting digital advisory opportunities toprospects and prospects to projects. Creationof presentations to key stakeholders, attending meetings andsupporting workshop facilitation, always working to deadlines anddirection whilst contributing to the development of new digitalideas across our Digital Advisory offer. Wewant you to be a proactive participant in the digital market.

Provide guidance on drafting of Information
Requirementsand BIM Execution Plans;
Develop processes,workflows and document management in line with ISO
Identify opportunities in new projects and assist withplanning at both project tender and delivery stage;
Identify and plan training in BIM processes and relatedsoftware & technology;
Providetechnical advice on software and technology involved in thedelivery of projects to the BIM processes and workflows;
From time to time the following duties alsomay need to be undertaken: Providingassistance to project teams in preparing bids with BIMrequirements. Providing assistance to projectteams in the digital delivery of projects as a BIM manager /coordinator Review models and undertakecoordination workshops for projects Providingservices to kick off a BIM enabled project including developing theBIM Execution Plan. Delivering work-shops toenable the project team to collaborate.
Identifying and delivering opportunities to add value toclients through the use of BIM. Research intoemerging BIM technologies Provide input intoindustry bodies regarding CAD & BIM standards Candidate
Knowledge Professional Membership of Engineering Councilorganisation preferred Degree related toarchitecture, engineering or construction desired.
Specialist knowledge in the implementation, use anddevelopment of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Computer Aided
Design (CAD) and integrated Project Delivery (IPD).
Working knowledge of data/information exchangeprotocols. Working knowledge of relevant
British and ISO industry standards. Workingknowledge of engineering contracts. Knowledgeof IT and network infrastructure principles.
Knowledge of risk management principles. Skill Methodical and analytical approach to work, persistentnature and integrity for maintaining comprehensive and accuratedata.
Ability toidentify the need for change,initiate and implement change.
Ability toinfluence people at all levels across the organisation, to drivetrue change.
Ability toeffectively facilitatecontractual discussions and negotiations.
Ability to define, analyse and prioritise business andproject requirements.
Ability todirectly andfunctionally manage embedded multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to analyse complex data, draw conclusions,produce reports and make recommendations to seniormanagement.
