You will:
– Monitor progress to ensure changes are delivered on time and that they meet or exceed expectations across various platforms (Windows, Chrome, IOS, Android)- Provide assistance to help eliminate roadblocks and help facilitate successful execution of changes- Identify and manage risks presented by app-defects, application conflicts or collisions – Coordinate with multiple partners/teams to provide scheduling solutions to achieve target dates- Conduct change readiness, milestone, and business go/no-go reviews- Assist/contribute in the development of change management framework to process all end-points for the firm – Participate as a key member of the team to drive continuous improvement and agile efficiencies- Participate in the agile squads related to this space to achieve optimization of processes and delivery execution- Contribute to weekly Governance reporting – Work with multiple parties to plan and manage all release activities
Qualifications
You have:
– 6+ years’ experience in broad desktop technologies – Expertise in Windows 10 OS- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, Proxies, Active Directory – Proficient in Office products- Proficient understanding of network components, LAN/WANs and networking – Proficient at providing complex summaries in written and verbal format- Proficient at coordination & managing competing priorities – Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills- Demonstrated scheduling skills
You might also have:
– MCSE/MCP certifications are a plus as is relevant experience in desktop instrastructure components – Formal training in Desktop Release management practices is a plus- Agile foundation training – Chrome OS knowledge – IOS OS knowledge – Android OS knowledge – Coding/programming background is a plus – ITIL training is a plus
Team Profile:
The larger team has broad responsibilities for the firm including software distribution, enterprise projects, third party & Market Data Applications, as well as introduction of new products.
