Auto req ID: 271144BR Job Description Main Purpose The GBS Operations Lead is responsible for navigating all global GBS operations through the next wave of GBS growth. Over the next 2-3 years, the team will be focused on new transitions, migrations, site set-up, transformation projects and process improvement. To enable this purpose, GBS Operations requires a critical Project Management role. This role will be responsible for supporting the Operations Lead in defining and executing the vision for the GBS Operations functions working closely with each hub GM as well as Sectors, Functions, and Enabling / Ecosystem teams. The role will report to the GBS Operations Lead (who reports to the Head of GBS) and will perform program management, including executive status reporting, project plan, risk management, key decision documentation, and management of interdependencies across functions, sectors, Hubs and enabling workstreams. General project management Support the overall Operations agenda to ensure teams are on track to deliver various programs timelines, expected benefits and intervene/escalate as necessary to address roadblocks. Develop Executive Level Presentation and storylines in support of the Operations agenda including but not limited to Monthly reviews, Quarterly governance, various Capability programs, Annual Operating Plans and Strategic Plans Set timelines, deliverables and clear agendas for the Operations Function and drive it across key stakeholders incl. Sectors, Hubs and GBS Ecosystem teams (Change Management, Communication, PEX, HR and others) Influence collaborate and partner closely across Sector and Hubs teams at various seniority levels within the organization to ensure successful realization of the Operations functional goals and deliverables. Leverage project management skills and Communication Tools (Presentations, Project Management, Performance Management Dashboards) to successfully manage the work and serve as a subject matter expert on various projects / key topics impacting the Operations Agenda Develop and implement integrated work plans and tools, reflecting more granular dependencies, milestones, deliverables, efficiencies, and deployments. Makes decisions to identify critical risks/issues and implement mitigation plans that impact the overall timeline and economic delivery of the Global Functional Sales Agenda as well as suggest ways to improve process efficienciesCommunications and stakeholder management Facilitate weekly meetings with Function leads to review status and mitigate risks for implementation Conduct relationship management with the Sectors, Hubs and global stakeholders across including Markets, hubs, consulting, and enabling workstreams Develop executive-level status reports, presentations, and briefings that articulate GBS- Hyderabad Operations vision, Roadmap, Implementation Plan and Transformation initiativesTransformation Apply critical thinking and relevant project management methodologies to perform root cause analysis and drive action plans for resolutions and intended outcomes Perform strategic and data analysis to offer business insights for senior leadership in decision-making Qualifications/Requirements Key Skills/Experience Required Prior consulting or significant project management experience in large scale global organizations is essential Experience in broad transformational implementations or managing complex projects including global coordination Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred (not mandatory) Expert communications, including in-person and virtual meeting facilitation Excellent command of MS Office – MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint in particular. 12-15 years of experience with strong analytical and project management background Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple Sectors and Hubs Results oriented, adept in conflict resolution, skilled at prioritization and change management Able to work autonomously and be comfortable with ambiguity Able to effectively work in a highly matrixed organization, handling competing priorities and connecting the dots across 6Differentiating Competencies Required Ability to drive the agenda, influence, persuasive Strong skills in story telling / building a comprehensive story and visualizing concepts for Sectors/Hubs Strong conceptual and process thinking Relocation Eligible: Eligible for Standard Relocation Job Type: Regular
