Manage a complete Customer Project and Services Center within KSA and Bahrain focused on Process Automation technical domain. Include responsibility for, engineering, project management, services management functions deployed for this region. Responsible for the P&L, resource management and success of these customer projects and services, focused on improving profitability and customer care and satisfaction. Key Responsabilities:
Builds a Strategy in collaboration with Service and Project managers and other functional areas to determine the business plan and projects priorities, resource needs, and budgets based on the customer commitments
Work with teams to ensure we maximize project & Service paybacks.
Identifies critical technical and program issues and problems, identifies corrective actions, and follows through to completion.
Establishes project plans, including projections of required resources (time, cost, personnel, facilities, and equipment). Manages within the established scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Performs schedule, cost, and critical activity tracking against the plan.
Manages the relationship between the Project/Service team and all functional areas critical to the success of the Projects, while maintaining an understanding of the value of the Project for the customer representatives.
Directs all planning of and monitors the activities required to meet program goals including completion of program deliverables during all defined stages.
Provides primary Project interface and communication between the internal functions, outsourced activity, and the customer.
Works with functional managers to establish projections of resources manpower and skills necessary to execute future Projects and services. Provides input to functional managers for individual performance planning, including goal setting and performance feedback
Qualifications
Solid understanding of Process Automation, market trends, customer needs and partner performance
Results-oriented and is experienced in managing P&L, with proven business growth track records
Able to integrate cross-functionally in a multi-cultural environment and perform in a highly matrix organization
Leadership and softskills in management environment
