You arean indisputable tech champion.
You area pro at analyzing data using SQL and scripting languages. You love connecting different data sources and seeing unique and impactful insights arise from the connections you’ve made.
You areable to understand complex relationships between data sources.
You area master of spreadsheets and number-crunching using them is a breeze.
You areable to map data to business objectives and can find creative nuggets of information in the analysis you do on a daily basis. You love nothing more than to explore data, test hypotheses and validate ideas using data.
You havea powerful grasp of digital marketing, especially how data can be used to make our marketing more impactful. You understand the value of what we call “single customer view”, which comes from connecting siloed data sources to build a multi-dimensional interpretation of a customer.
You areincredibly curious, and persistent. You’ve used both to solve very difficult problems in the past.
Developing an in-depth understanding of our products and their user touchpoints.
Tightly collaborating with our growth / marketing team to improve growth across all products.
Oversee web analytics, implement event tagging on both web and app and work alongside growth marketing and engineering to diagnose and suggest solutions to issues and discrepancies related to tagging implementation and setup.
Ensuring that all customer touch points are being measured, tracked and analyzed.
Empowering teammates with data, analysis and insights to set them up for success.
Designing, building and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc analysis best-practices.
Connecting, consolidating and managing Mamo’s data sources.
Ensuring all data sources are easily accessible to all employees.
Managing our internal business intelligence tooling (ask us more during interviews!).Researching tooling & solutions to overcome data analytics challenges.
Researching how machine learning can be applied to Mamo’s operations.
Collaborating with Operations and Sales to uncover operational inefficiencies in both departments on an ongoing basis.
Required Skills &
BS/MA in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or similar.
In-depth experience with SQLKnowledge of 1+ scripting languages (eg. Python, Ruby, etc)
Experience in startups, ideally on the retail, fintech or e-commerce space
Experience withdata coming from martech systems
Experience connecting systems through ETL pipelines or tools like Fivetran
