Job Objective;
Provide leadership and direction to the Section to ensure the implementation of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence initiatives to serve ADAFSA’s strategic priorities and support decision making.
The post holder will be reporting to (Data Management and Artificial Intelligence Divisional Director).
Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in the development of the Section’s annual budget.
Oversee the annual budget to meet the needs of the Section.
Monitor the Section’s expenses, compare them with the approved budget, and submit input reports to the Finance Division.
Implement financial and procurement policies and procedures in light of the current regulations in place in ADAFSA and the needs of the Section.
Monitor and manage periodic reports on the approved budget of the Section and submit them to the line manager.
Apply HR policies and procedures to manage the affairs of all employees in the Section.
Submit proposals related to the Section’s procedures, in coordination with other Sections and the Divisional Director.
Oversee the monitoring and updating of the performance of computational analytical models
Ensure adoption of best practices in standards/procedures/data extraction and analysis tools/AI solutions/data visualization tools
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor in Data Science or similar specialization.
10 years of relevant work experience.
