NOTE: Please ONLY apply if you have sufficient experience and skills required as per job description below.Job SummaryCustomer Success Manager ensures successful integration and adoption of our solutions. Working closely with Sales, Product Line, Engineering, and our Customer Support Center, this individual works closely with our customers to ensure their expected business outcomes are achieved as a result of using our products.
Manage and oversee the onboarding stage of the customer lifecycle
Work with our customers to understand their desired business outcomes and establish their solution success criteria
Work with internal team to create and implement an action plan that ensures success criteria are achieved
Coordinate with Account Manager, Product Line, Engineering and Customer Success Center team members as needed throughout the project to address issues, implement changes and ensure successful adoption
Track progress and report out status
Provide technical insight into solution features and benefits to internal and external customers
Where applicable, train customers on how to use our software solutions or showcase newly released features
In coordination with the customer’s Account Manager, work closely with customers throughout the onboarding stage to ensure their visibility of progress and adoption of technology
Post implementations, engage with customers to ensure the solution is continuing to meet their business objectives
5+ Years of oil industry experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Sciences, or equivalent experience
Experience working with customers on solution implementations
Excellent presentation and technical communication skills for customer-facing presentations of technologies and solutions offered by NOV
Business and Financial Acumen
Drive for Results
Effective Communication and Presentation Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Planner or equivalent software
Fluent in English and Arabic
