ResponsibilitiesTo support Weatherford’s global operating regions business opportunities by ensuring fit for purpose products are quoted, supplied and executed within the required time frame and quality standard. This will be achieved by providing effective regional support including order placement on manufacturing facilities, expediting internal departments and provision of weekly order updates or as requested by the Weatherford Global regional teams.
Responsible for ensuring clean technical and commercial commitments to the client are aligned during the transition into delivery operations.
Ensure regional order placement is carried out via JDE after initial contract review process has been completed for all new design tools or with Manufacturing for all repeat business
Assess inventory redeployment opportunities at time of order
Ensuring all MFG planning is in place and executed in line with MRP to ensure Projects / Sales Orders are expedited through the MFG process.
Ensures QHSE requirements per sales order are fully understood and in place for each point of order commitment.
Drive the order commit process, coordinate and report order status to respective regions / GZ’s. Effectively monitor cost of manufacture in line with contracted expectations and company cost principals.
Act/Communicate any commercial misalignment and/or risk at the earliest stage in the delivery process with stakeholders. Organise and retain relevant electronic data relating to inquiries & orders
When needed, collaborate with stakeholders and SME’s to extract the accurate technical and commercial data necessary to prepare detailed proposals and responses to inquiries and quotations for the development and supply of WCT products and services.
Ensure time from inquiry to quotation to order is executed in a timely manner. Attend contract reviews and pre-production meetings to support alignment of expectations with respect to front end activities. Act/Communicate risks associated with technical and commercial deviations and/or variances.
Ensure integrity of branch data.
