Position Title: Customer Service Support
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
The hiring company is an international manufacturer and distributor of aftermarket 4WD accessories. The company’s product range contains a host of different accessories, from vehicle specific applications to a range of accessories which are suitable no matter what vehicle you own.

Job Role:
Resolves customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
Greets customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Opens customer accounts by recording account information
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution

Job Requirements

Requirements:
Male/ Female, 25-40 years old
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Any Arabic Nationality
At least 2 years of relevant experience; experience working in car parts is an advantage
Candidates from Aftersales type background is a plus
Available immediately or after 1-month notice will be considered
Excellent communication skills
