Title: Customer Service Representative

Description This role will provide day-to-day customer service, call center, answering service, and service desk support to various businesses in the United States. You will be the first point of contact and act as a single point of contact for end users. Coordination with other management and teams are important. Provide problem management services to business clients.
RequirementsMust have either one year experience handling calls in a high-volume call center. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills is required. Must be able to problem solve issues for clients. Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal/nonverbal. Ability to demonstrate competency in Office 365 experience. Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, write and speak fluent English. MUST HAVE ACTIVE FREELANCE VISA!
