Purpose of the role

Driving excellence, efficiency and effectiveness in CD operations, merchandising capability building and business transformation agendas, This can be achieved by having a a talent that can handle end-to-end merchandising in the assigned territory and ensuring the execution fundamentals/objectives are met.

Design and maintain look and feel of all POPs in trade in line with Unilever Perfect Store principles and guidelines (Availability/Visibility/Secondary placement)

What You’ll Do:

Ensure best in class execution excellence in the primary and off shelves
Managing full operational cycle in the region
Boost On shelf availability in assigned territory and drive corrective action with CD and merchandising teams
Optimize share of shelf in assigned territory and collaborate with CD & merchandising teams for non-compliant categories
Landing Off Shelf Displays OTIF as per extra visibility contracts
Build long term CD understanding and analysis and improve daily operational efficiency
Conduct field visits & audits to evaluate execution and provide feedback with corrective actions to CD and merchandizing teams
Ensure optimal execution guidelines for innovations (Planogram, Displays, SOS, OSA, Listing follow-up)
Plan & execute ad hoc requests related to a variety of surveys, data collection reports and bushfires/blitz
Provide constant & robust feedback on competitor activities and propose course of action

Relevant Experiences

High MS Office, Power PI & technical skills in data management.
Experience in working across multiple business teams and balancing multiple priorities
Experience in Trade marketing/Merchandising is a must
