Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for an Arabic speaker CRM Specialist to join our E-commerce teamlocated in DAFZA, Dubai.
The role:
The CRM Specialist is responsible for the definition and the implementation of the online CRM Strategy in the Middle East. He/She will roll out, measure and optimize various initiatives and projects aiming at delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the whole customer journey.
This role is reporting to the Digital Marketing director. However, he/she will need to continuously coordinate with the Digital Marketing Director, Ecommerce Manager, customer care, and warehouse.
What you’ll do:
1- MANAGE ALL CRM CAMPAIGNS
• Be the local key user of the marketing automation tool
• Deploy targeted and relevant customer journeys. Identify the most powerful triggers locally to
maximize efficiency based on KPIs
• Build and launch all the ad-hoc CRM activities (emailing, mailing, SMS) as per the animation plan
defined with the Ecommerce Manager
• Set clear KPIs for each campaign and track the performance to propose relevant optimizations
• Ensure all communications are developed and designed in accordance with brand guidelines and
tone of voice.
• Manage the operational execution of campaign production: creative briefs, content localization,
newsletter HTML production, deployment, tracking, optimization & reporting
• Loyalty program
• Online: measure performance and review visual identity
• Offline: ensure loyalty mechanics is streamlined and clearly communicated to the customers
• VIP: define and implement a plan for our VIPs across the channels
• Cross channels: identify and implement cross channel projects (eg. Gift card) and contribute to the CRM portion of the projects (eg. CEGID, C-link, …)
2- ANALYSIS AND REPORTING
• Set and track ambitious CRM and E-CRM KPIs
• Report weekly and monthly on email performance to the Digital Marketing Director
• Work with Ecommerce Manager on budget setting and track spending for all CRM
activities
· KPIs: report on KPIs evolution on both channels and provide analysis with action plan proposal
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
– Fluent in Arabic and English
– 2+ experience in CRM (experience in Retail/Beauty industry is considered a plus)
– Good communicatio skills
– Good team-work
– Attention to details
