Summary

Role Mission Reporting directly to the Client Engagement Manager, she/he will be responsible to develop Client engagement solution for our retail network that are designed to elevate our client experience and improve our commercial results. The applicant should have been responsible for creating in-store and off-site events for key leading luxury fashion and jewelry houses in the region. The applicant should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM and event management.

The applicant will work in close collaboration with the Retail Area Managers, The store Managers, and the marketing team to create and implement client retention, acquisition and up-selling initiatives.

Job

Responsibilities:

Support and develop in‐store activities that drive higher customer engagement, sales, retention and client base upgrade leveraging on the available CRM tools.

Formulate and manage, the Annual Client Engagement calendar and budget across the assigned markets.

Ensure Global tools, gifting, relevant initiatives, are implemented to support the store in driving a consistent yet relevant client interaction.

Ensure the CRM Dbase is updated regularly, new and existing clients information are complete, prospect registration is optimal, contractibility is optimal.

Analyze our client segments in order to support key stakeholders drive better target sales initiatives.

Responsible to issue post-event results to share with the reporting Manager and EMEA HUBEnsure regional requirements are understood and actioned upon by the EMEA HUBTrain markets on tools and or up-grades with our clienteling platforms.

To be successful in the job:
Proven track record in store and off-site client event management

Strong usage and knowledge of CRM tools

Worked with and in the stores

Ability todesign innovative initiatives that will elevate the brand experience and drive sales

Verse in managing and maneuvering complexity and ambiguity Has worked in the region for at least 3 years

Understands the local nuances and translate them in relevant initiatives Proficient with CRM platforms, MS360. Display the following skills:

Excellent communicator

Great listening skills Agile and flexible

Pragmatic Analytical Keen  sense of priorities

Education

Bachelor/master’s degree in business, marketing or related field

Language

Arabic would be PlusFluent English
