About the roleThe Creative team is expanding and looking for a Creative & Fashion Specialist. If you love all things creative, fashion and sustainable and have a keen eye for worldwide trends then this role is for you!You’ll work alongside the head of the creative and graphic designer, to create a 360 strategic approach to the brand.Responsibilities

Create weekly collections for the website/app based on trends (eg, hottest handbags, iconic investment pieces..etc).
Decide on story ideas and themes for the yearly calendar, along with the head of creative, to meet audience preferences.
Liaise with photographers, models, makeup artists and choosing photoshoot locations.
Collaborate with writers, check content and edit articles (for the magazine).
Continuously search for latest fashion trends to stay ahead of competitors.
Ensure all team members are in sync with the latest trends.
Write and edit content for emailers, social media and the website.
Take part in special projects throughout the year.
Maintain monthly marketing calendar and coordinate with the other teams to implement.
Create the Weekly Newsletters: Calendar, strategic pushes, promos, copywriting, product selection to push.
Consult performance dashboard & assess email performance to fine tune calendar accordingly.
Manage VM product ranking.
Performance analysis: Analysis of CTRs & revenue of collections on website to assess if banners/collections are performing well and analysis of all newsletter metrics.

Requirements

5-7 years of experience in a similar position.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven work experience as a fashion editor.
Strong editing skills with an excellent portfolio.
Hands on experience with MS Office, InDesign, Photoshop or other publishing tools.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
Creativity and an eye for detail.
Prioritization and time management skills.
BSc degree in journalism, fashion design or related field.
Strong planning, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
E-commerce and Luxury sector experience is a strong plus. Kindly attach a portfolio of relevant work with your resume.
