Country VES Payroll Manager – Human Resources

Responsible and accountable for management of Payroll Services
• Collects feedback from other networks interacting with payroll / personnel administration /T & A / technical activities
to be included in the PAYROLL standards
• Leads and pilot the supplier relationship role when it is not covered by specialists,
• Is responsible for good customer relations in terms of quality of service and communication through the actions of his
/ her team on a daily basis and the decisions that he / she is called upon to make;
• Ensures the follow-up of contracts (pricing, re-invoicing, disputes),
• Is the first operational interface in the event of an internal crisis concerning deliverables, staff …
• Consolidates, analyzes and updates the indicators for the Group and distributes them to the country HR network,
• Prepares weekly and / or monthly reports
Responsible for service quality management
• Lead the implementation of standardized procedures put in place by the business process owners in each field,
• Ensures that the specific requirements are covered and in compliance with the Service Agreement (including SLAs)
• Develops dashboards allowing the measurement and analysis of the Quality performance and Data quality provided by
of the VES PAYROLL,
• Provide guidance on the updates, on the constant improvement of procedures, on the work instructions, models,
training modules and materials of the VES PAYROLL
• Guarantees the application and advancement internal procedures, tools, indicators,. Payroll, personnel administration T
& A fields and technical fields

Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelor Degree or Equivalent
• Master degree in HR or Finance is a plus
• You have at least 10 years of experience in the field of payroll management in a multi-national environment
