Job Responsibilities
Operational plans and financial control systems. Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
Developing execution plans that reflect both shorter & longer-term objectives and priorities.
Representing/ maintaining relationship with Key Customers, Suppliers, Banks, Principals etc.
Building and maintaining an effective Managerial team, that not only understands but owns operating objectives & standards of performance
Steering EHS & Quality initiative of the company.
Assuming full accountability for all company operations & performance.
Requirements
Min 8 to 12 years of Relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
Industry Preferences: Refineries/Oil & Gas/Petrochemical
