Your tasks and responsibilities

aggregating information on the monthly closing / forecasting process
for the annual budget process of the Siemens Healthineers KSA including the alignment of all relevant stakeholders in the country, zone and headquarter
representing Productivity methodology and supporting to secure valid productivity reporting following SHS guidelines and regulations
You will create monthly management reporting and preparation of monthly performance dialogs
You will ensure Implementation of standard controlling and reporting processes
You will be responsible for Controlling of key business indicators Order intake, Revenue, Gross Profit, SG&A, Profit, OWC, NCE & cash flow
You will ensure proper entries of SAP processes and perform adjustment/correction if necessary.
You will Support KSA leadership team in presentations or adhoc requests and special projects
You will ensure close collaboration with Business area responsible and functions
You will manage and be responsible for identifying relevant insights and compiling analytical reports and visualizations that enable stakeholder/management to make sound decisions
You will support for the Setup of FI Digitalization processes to administrate the collection of ideas
You will support in implementing process improvements, regional / HQ projects initiatives and new business tools

Your qualifications and experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of experience within a finance function in the fields of Performance Controlling, Accounting and or Finance Data Analysis
Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles
Experience in data analytic methods and tools in finance
Deep knowledge of ERP system (SAP), MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Power BI or other data analytics tools, SAP Analysis for Office (AfO) and SAP analytics Cloud (SAC)
Candidates are preferred to be holding Saudi nationality, but non-Saudi are welcome to apply
