In addition to being a pioneer in the supply of water flow and pressure products, we cater to offshore developments with corrosion prevention, sealing technologies and hazardous area lighting. We sell top quality products sourced from over 14 countries, with a portfolio of more than 30 brands (10+ sole distributor).
Responsible for handling customers in a professional manner by responding to their queries and ensure their satisfaction. Proactively support BMD sales initiatives to achieve branch sales targets.
Respond to customer queries about products, prices, stock availability and credit terms in a professional manner.
Handle counter sales transactions including invoicing, cash and credit sales and achieve targets.
Always ensure customer satisfaction and improve relationship with new and existing customers.
Liaise with Warehousing and Logistics team to ensure that delivery commitments are achieved on time.
Proactively communicate with customers about any expected delivery delays.
Create a positive and cheerful attitude in the counter while dealing with customers and colleagues.
Adherence to Sales, Warehousing and Logistics policies and procedures.
Generate quotations from automated system (Focus) in line with BMD sales and credit policy. Closely follow-up quotations to secure sales.
Min. Senior Secondary School
2 Years of hands-on experience in a similar role preferably in an electro-mechanical products trading environment.
Good in MS Office, internet, and emails
Knowledge of an ERP system desirable
Valid UAE driving license an added advantage
Arabic an added advantage
Selling and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent team player with sound work ethics
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Electro-Mechanical products sales: 2 years (Preferred)
UAE driving license (Preferred)
