Job Purpose

Manage and ensures that RCU s legislative interests are nurtured, managed and protected with the relevant governmental and regulatory bodies.

-Key Duties and Responsibilities

Functional Responsibilities

1- Act as custodian of all correspondence

2- Ensure compliance with official documents preservation and archiving requirements

3- Ensure follow up on official correspondence and proper closure of pending issues

4- Serve as the one and only official RCU channel for issuing and receiving all official correspondence

5- Ensure to cover and coordinate 24/7 potential correspondence with the team, related stakeholders and other correspondence offices in RCU.

6- Ensure to update work with RCU organizational changes and related mandates in relation to directed mail with the alignment of the CEO office team.

7- Monitor and report pending communications.

8- Ensure related P&P implementation and development.

9- Build and maintain strong work contacts with all related RCU mailing bodies to ease needed communications

10- Manage the operating IT systems.

11- Supervise and manage the team’s performance and targets.

12- Ensure to produce work operational reports.

Managerial Responsibilities

1-Provide input to the sector’s strategy from the Department’s or Section’s perspective in line with RCU overall vision and mission.

2-Develop the Department’s or Section’s objectives, KPIs, annual operational plans and ensure plan execution is meeting the targets.

3-Contribute to the preparation of the Department’s or Section’s annual budget and monitor the financial performance of the Department or Section.

4-Implement and execute the Department’s or Section’s policies and procedures. Oversee the overall performance of the section and ensure KPI’s are well developed, cascaded, communicated and monitored.

5-Ensure effective staffing, professional development and deployment of staff of the Department or Section in consultation with the Sector Executive or (Executive) Director.

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration or relevent filed (Masters Degree preferred)

Work Experience : 6 years of relevant experience

Other Requirements : Written and Oral proficiency of English language.  Excellent communication skills
