Administering Employee Training Programs
Promotes and informs employees about all trainingprograms. Helps employees identify specificbehaviors that will contribute to service excellence.
Ensures employees receive on-going training.
Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness
Partners with operational leaders to assess if employeesdemonstrate effective technical and leadership skills.
Measure transfer of learning from training courses to theoperation. Developing Training Program Plansand Budgets Identifies performance gaps andworks with managers to develop and implement appropriate trainingto improve performance. Makes any necessaryadjustments to training methodology and/or re-trains asappropriate. Establishes guidelines soemployees understand expectations and parameters.
Drives brand values and philosophy in all training anddevelopment activities. Managing Training
Budgets Collaborate with External Training
Partners as and when needed To organize andconduct induction programs for all the new recruits.
Drive documented progression report as part of regularreview to highlight progress, improvement or lack of progress andpromote, demote or terminate after agreeing with keystakeholders Align with HR and manager onlocal compliance requirement and build in international bestpractices. Implement online training andoffline training program, document progress on mandatory andnon-mandatory annual, quarterly and monthly trainingprogram, Drive and follow through with teamsto ensure implementation of talent development program.
Seekfeedback and adjust where required after agreeing withmanagement To coordinate & assistdifferent enterprise groups of the company across differentregions.
Certified trainer with 8-10years of experience as trainer with
Management Consulting or Service oriented firms
Experience withdealing with C-levelexecutives Experience in settingup a team and managing them as well astraining internal staff
Knowledge of performanceappraisal, building company culture, etc.
Proficient in English and Hindi
