THE MISSION:

Working within the Corporate team, the project coordinator will support on all corporate activations involving the UAE including the development and implementation of a corporate activations highlighting all our Maison international and local commitments externally and internally in close collaboration with the regional and central teams. The corporate coordinator is supporting in the programming and orchestration of all local and international Corporate Commitments (Women, Art & Culture, Philanthropy, CSR, Cartier for Nature).

What we expect from you:

Your background:

Support in the Design and implementation of the Cartier Corporate activations within the UAE

Coordinate the calendar of corporate activations in coherence with the global UAE priorities

Assists executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages.

Coordinate between teams assuring alignment between UAE communication teams and regional / HQ teams

Manage the corporate department guests list and update regularly

Plan and support the Corporate team with coordinating meetings and minutes

Coordinate and support Corporate projects implementation leveraging local and regional resources

Support on logistics and organisation for the Arts & Culture programming initiatives and events

Communicate on the CWI and the Women’s Pavilion legacy to strengthen women empowerment in the UAE internally and externally.

Expand the Cartier commitments resonance through meaningful projects and collaborations.

Coordinate regional CSR strategy initiatives exploring local adaptations and alternatives.

Follow up with key partnerships in the UAE/ Universities and other organisations/institutions

Explore Cartier for Nature local opportunities.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field. 2/3 years agency experience or in a similar role, PR agencies and/or cultural institutions and/or Corporate.

Narrative writing and Editorial skills. In both English and Arabic.

Excellent written and verbal communication/editing skills, in both English and Arabic.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with corporate management, employees, media, and the larger community.

Project mode skills.

Ability to coordinate efforts of various teams in order to present a coherent message.

Connected and knowledgeable within local institutional cultural and artistic organizations.
