Job Description and Requirements

Attend incoming calls, and chats, respond to emails, handle customer inquiries both telephonically, through chat and by email, manage and resolve customer complaints, identify and escalate priority issues, follow up customer calls where necessary.

Review customers policy coverage and provide customer with required information accordingly,

Access company systems as required to provide timely information and updates as per customers requests related to motor claims, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide general information on several lines of insurance such as home insurance, medical insurance, as per customer request.

Attend on timely manner to sales related requests, received from our website inquiries.

Conduct outbound calls when necessary.

Handle customer complaints up to full closure.

Full adherence to customer interaction standards,

Prepare data reports for management where required.

Adhere to the process manuals, suggest areas for improvement, and participate in automation related discussions.
