Senior techno commercial Fire and life Safety professional having more than 15+years of diverse and well-rounded experience to lead the large & diverse MEP projects execution and construction management.
Responsible for Front End Engineering Design activities like Initial conceptual Design, detailed design engineering, Hydraulic systems calculation, Materials Submittals, Coordination with the Architect and structural engineers.
Responsible for Detailed design activities like system design calculations, Load parameters studying for the equipment sizing/ selection, Pipe sizing and routing calculations, vendor drawing reviews and preparation of Schematic drawings, requisitions/ specifications and data sheet for equipment’s as required. Checking & Approval of drawings for Mechanical equipment’s such as Pre-action units, Firefighting Pumps Etc.
Responsible for managing project objectives like timelines, Fire Life Safety System include building Fire risk assessments, Fire separation criteria, tenability analysis, smoke control, paths of egress, and Fire protection and detection systems design as per NFPA requirements and Local Authority guidelines.
Leading the cross functional team of mechanical, electrical, FDAS, PAEW, BMS, ICT, ELV engineers for various Special Systems integrated design, installation and commissioning viz; Stair-case Pressurisation, Smoke management system, cause/effect matrix for MEP FLS interface works between interfacing.
Interface Management with key stakeholders, consultants, Clients for smooth flow of project deliverables of fire and life Safety Systems Integration.
Overall MEP FLS Systems coordination with design Consultant and Engineer from concept design to construction.
Interdisciplinary coordination having knowledge on P&ID, CSD layout using Revit 3D BIM models, RCP and shop drawings for Co-ordination of service and interfaces with the team of MEP coordinators.
Development and implementation of project quality management process for fire and life safety systems equipment’s during procurement, dispatches, FAT, installation, T&C and DLP.
Documenting the project progress, variations, scope gap.
Proven ability to identify and source alternates/ options based on technical applications in accordance with project schedule. Possess exceptional Price/ Value analysis skills with expertise in making commercial decisions. Expert at cost estimations, rate analysis, technical & commercial review of tender documents and highlighting qualifications & reservations.
Excellent relationship management, analytical and negotiation skills with deftness in swiftly ramping up projects in co-ordination with clients, contractors & consultants
