Job Description

• This position is responsible for the day-to-day execution of the Digital product’s social media, apps, and website messaging, ensuring alignment to the overall brand strategy and advancement of business goals • Develop and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, audience identification, and segmentation to align with business goals • Maintain social media content calendar, scheduling, and promotional efforts • Write for all areas of communication, including customer communications (emails, collateral, website, SMS, apps), news releases, and suppliers communications • Reputable college degree strongly preferred – specialization in communication, graphic design, or related technical field desirable • Ability to build productive professional relationships with diverse clients to achieve the company’s communication and business goals • Proven communication project management experience desired • Candidate must model company behaviors of customer focus (Safety First, Unquestionable Trust, Superior Performance, Total Commitment) with strong teamwork skills and demonstrated ability to work with different levels of management and employees • Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; be self-directed and innovative • Strong teamwork and project management skills needed • Must be willing and able to handle multiple tasks in a high-pressure work environment
