Coordinating with Suppliers.Coordinating with salesman.Reporting to Commercial Manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION – IN DETAILS
Communicating with supplier for ordering and pricing. Arranging Price list. Communicating with shipping company for freight chagers and clearance. Preparing payment for suppliers. Quotations and purchase orders for local suppliers. Preparing costing sheet for each shipment. Issuing Sales invoice. Preparing Sales, Stock and purchase reports. Requesting for special approvals for payment terms price overdue credit limits. Preparing price study and taking approvals for special promotion. Submitting claim request for suppliers. Preparing claims report based on supplier response. Maintaining competitor prices.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years experience in the same field 1 year experience Certified Supply Chain Professional High secondary education
Computer skills (Word, Excel) Negotiation skills Communication written and verbal Analytical skills Time management
