Aspen Medical UAE is licenced by Health Authority Abu Dhabi (HAAD) for Medical Skill Training, CME and CPD, and the first educational organisation in the UAE to be awarded accredited provider status for continuing nursing education (CNE) by the American Nurses Credentialing Centre (ANCC). We deployed more than 1,500 health professionals to support the Abud Dhabi Department of Health response effort for COVID-19. We are currently establishing clinics in multiple locations to ensure continuous delivery of health care services across Abu Dhabi.
Aspen Medical UAE is seeking Clinic Operations Director to lead and oversee the operations of all clinics across UAE to meet organisational outcomes and build a highly inclusive culture.
The key responsibility of the role includes:
meet all Key Performance Indicator (KPIs) including profitability targets and clinical outcomes
maintain secure communication including the production of mandatory reports with the Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DoH) Executive
collaborate with the General Manager in setting and driving clinic organisational vision and operational strategy
develop and translate clinic strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth while helping to implement organisation-wide goal setting which includes annual financial, operational, and clinical KPIs
ensure all clinic healthcare facilities deliver high quality of health services and meet regulatory requirements while maintaining a profitable business
oversee the development and implementation of programs and policies for clinic patient services, quality assurance, public relations, and department activities
focus on data-related issues to drive productivity and revenue generation and make performance assessments based on this data
set clinic standards and work with directors and middle managers to ensure that processes, training, and quality services reflect these standards
work with relevant managers to ensure that optimal workforce levels are set throughout the clinic operations, and all departments have sufficient resources
responsible for Health, Safety and Environment systems
provide the General Manager with feedback and counsel on Clinical Governance and clinical issues
represent Aspen Medical in its relationships with vital industry and business representatives relevant to the clinics.
