As the face of BSI, the role of the Client Manager is to work closely with BSI clients to help them improve their performance by auditing their systems and processes against applicable Standard. At the end of each audit the auditor compiles a report and presents it to the client.
As a Client Manager at BSI you will be/have: IRCA accredited lead auditor training course for ISO 9001.
Lead auditor or requirements and implementation training for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
All relevant Scheme requirements (including exam); ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 (Will be an advantage but can be provided by BSI)
Key responsibilities and accountabilities Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures and prescribed time frame.
Prepare audit reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the audit decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate.
Ensure that value is added to customers and their business/organisation through the audit of their systems and processes against BSI requirements
Continually enhance & uphold the reputation and perception of BSI through excellent planning, delivery, report writing and day-to-day interactions with customers and other key stakeholders
Demonstrate commercial acumen and real added value when feeding back to clients
Continually demonstrate a professional and engaging approach whilst auditing clients
Lead audit teams as required ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with Clients and within the team
Maintain and enhance appropriate professional qualification status in relevant disciplines
Context / Dimensions The scope of the position will typically cover clients within the Middle East region but traveling might be necessary from time to time. The role will be on permanent employment basis.
