As the face of BSI, the role of the Client Manager is to work closely with BSI clients to help them improve their performance by auditing their systems and processes against applicable Standard. At the end of each audit the auditor compiles a report and presents it to the client.

As an ICT Client Manager at BSI you will be/have:

A degree or diploma related to ICTIRCA accredited lead auditor training course for ISO 27001.

Lead auditor or requirements and implementation training for ISO 20000 and ISO 22301.

All relevant Scheme requirements (including exam); ISO 19011 and ISO/IEC 17021-1 (Will be an advantage but can be provided by BSI)
A minimum of two years of work experience in a role that is related to a technical, professional, or managerial position involving the exercise of judgement, problem solving and communication and related to information security Engaging & highly skilled communicator, able to convey clear messages in a compelling and coherent wayKnowledge of how a business operates to ensure appropriate interpretation of management system standards

Excellent presentation skills, able to present audit findings professionally and effectively, often through formal stand-up presentation to a group of senior managers and Directors.

Ability to produce high quality professional reports at a reasonable pace, explaining technical issues and demonstrating added value.

Cloud experience is preferable.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities

Recommend the issue, re-issue or withdrawal of certificates, and report recommendations in accordance with BSI policy, procedures and prescribed time frame.

Prepare audit reports and deliver findings to clients to ensure client understanding of the audit decision and clear direction to particular items of corrective action where appropriate.

Ensure that value is added to customers and their business/organisation through the audit of their systems and processes against BSI requirements

Continually enhance & uphold the reputation and perception of BSI through excellent planning, delivery, report writing and day-to-day interactions with customers and other key stakeholders

Demonstrate commercial acumen and real added value when feeding back to clients

Continually demonstrate a professional and engaging approach whilst auditing clients

Lead audit teams as required ensuring that team members are adequately briefed so that quality of service is maintained and that effective working relationships are sustained both with Clients and within the team

Maintain and enhance appropriate professional qualification status in relevant disciplines

Context / Dimensions

The scope of the position will typically cover clients within the Middle East region but traveling might be necessary from time to time. The role will be on permanent employment basis.
