The main responsibilities will include:
Provide technological support and supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Identify and analyse emerging trends of technology landscape and developments as well as providing recommendation and presenting business ideas for technology initiatives and improvements.
Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.
Develop strategies to support long-term goals through technological advancements.
Manage the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems.
Ensure compliance with data security standards.
Monitor and manage IT budgets to assess technological performance while ensuring cost efficiency.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or similar. Preferably Master’s degree in business or a technology-related discipline.
Minimum 10 years relevant experience.Startup and Multinational Experience is an advantage.
Proven track record of success in leadership positions, technology innovation, design, development, and implementation
Strong background in frontend or backend technologies.
Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills; Successful track record of delivering business results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and strong interpersonal skills.
